Wellness Classes

Wellness classes are designed for you to explore and successfully implement and maintain individual wellness changes within a group setting. All classes are small and provide personal attention. Our variety of short-term, small group classes cover all areas of wellness. They offer you a fun, supportive, safe environment to discover what wellness change you want to achieve and how you can best do it. Find out how to succeed in maintaining your results. Learn the individual strategies that will work for you and practice applying them. You’ll get experience setting and meeting goals and enjoy the encouragement and accountability the class offers. Note: Wellness classes are best suited for those who like group interaction and sharing. For those who want individual, one-to-one sessions or family coaching, Wellness Coaching is best. For Wellness Coaching, CLICK HERE.

Wellstates’ wellness classes are currently being offered at our Wellstates’ suite. However, we will soon be offering teleclasses and webinars, so please contact us to be notified if you are interested in these. Classes on other wellness topics are always under development. Right Start, Right Results Weight Loss Workshops

Class image   These workshops give you the missing pieces that have kept you from lasting weight loss. How you begin your weight loss journey can make a difference in the results you get. Improve Your Balancing Act

Creating Wellness (For Recovery Group Only)

Class image   Wellness is a state of well-being that includes all areas of your being and life. It's about health, energy, balance, tranquility, mindfulness, positivity, and resilience. Family Wellness Camp or Healthy Family Class

Family Wellness

Create a vision of wellness for your family using fun activities. Develop a customized plan for a healthier lifestyle that your family can enjoy and stick with. In June, there will be a “Camp” that will meet 3 times in early evening sessions lasting 1 ½ hours each. Another option is a one-time class meeting for 3 hours on a Saturday morning. Refund Policy

Wellstates does not refund class registration payments unless cancellation request is received in writing 48 hours prior to the beginning of the first day of class. If you must miss a class, refund will not be made but a recap of class content will be made available to you.
