We use the best evidence-based wellness coaching and lifestyle behavior change methods to help you discover your wellness vision, tap into your true motivations, set attainable goals, and use your strengths to reach and maintain your wellness goals-for lasting wellness change.

Wellstates provides services to individuals, groups, families and small businesses. We work with healthcare providers to help their patients and clients achieve their wellness goals. We also coordinate consults with nutritional, fitness and other experts when needed.

My premature birth began a life in which I have overcome several health challenges as well as enjoyed times of really good health and wellness. I have a calling and a passion to help others improve their wellness. My wellness journey has been an ongoing process that has included lots of learning, growth and lifestyle adjustments. I know change is not always easy, but it is possible. And it is rewarding to feel and be at your best. My life verse is: “I can do all things through Jesus Christ who strengthens me.” Philippians 4:13.

Therefore, the Wellstates motto is: I can.
