Personal Biography:

Marsha Mueller
Marsha Muelller
President of Wellstates
Wellness and Lifestyle Coach

My premature birth began a life in which I have overcome several health challenges as well as enjoyed times of really good health and wellness. I have a calling and a passion to help others improve their wellness. My wellness journey has been an ongoing process that has included lots of learning, growth and lifestyle adjustments. I know change is not always easy, but it is possible. And it is rewarding to feel and be at your best. My life verse is: “I can do all things through Jesus Christ who strengthens me.” Philippians 4:13.

Therefore, the Wellstates motto is: I can.
If you’re ready, then YOU, too, can.

Philosophy

Dream: You must first envision the life of well-being and health that you want to live.

Reach: With confidence reach for your dreams.

Believe: Step out in faith believing you can achieve your dreams.

Work: Put your faith into action by working on the steps that will take you to your goals.

Edit: Edit out the things that keep you from moving forward.

Balance: Keep your life in balance for true wellness.

Persist: One day at a time, one step at a time, one action at a time, just keep on going.

Achieve: Better to have the thrill of daring to try and victory than the fear of failure and regret for not trying.

Celebrate: Commemorate and take joy in your achievement. Let your spirit soar. Continue growing in wellness and sharing your life with others.
